Gable Electric is currently taking part in a full renovation project, consisting of removing previous residential rooms, new additional classrooms, new study spaces, offices for staff, a fully renovated and relocated kitchen, electrical and mechanical upgrades. Much of the historic woodwork and architecture in this building is being preserved and salvaged during the construction process.
Gable Electric’s services provided for this project include New Electrical Distribution, New Lighting, New Smart Lighting Control System, New Fire Alarm System, New Telephone and Data Systems, New Lightning Protection System, Heating and Ventilation Power Wiring, and a new roof ice melt Heat Trace System.
Williams College Saint Anthony Hall was originally built in 1886. It’s original purpose was a chapter house for the Delta Psi Fraternity. Eventually in 1966, Williams College acquired the property. Saint Anthony Hall houses the Center for Development Economics Graduate Program for Williams College.
Gable Electric’s services provided for this project included installation of New Electrical Distribution, New Parking Lot and Exterior Building Lighting, New Interior Lighting, New Fire Alarm System, New Telephone and Data systems, New Audio Visual System, New CCTV Camera Monitoring Systems, New Elevator Emergency Communication System, New Smart Lighting Control System, New Intercom System, New Bidirectional Antennae System, and a New Security System.
Gable Electric was the primary electrical contractor for this full renovation. Gable Electric’s services provided for the Cable Mills includes all new Electrical Distribution, Branch Wiring, Heating and Ventilation Power Wiring, Exterior Lighting, Interior Lighting, Telephone and CATV Data Services, Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, and Access Control Systems.
Currently, we are in the final stages of construction of the Cable Mills Modern Mills and River House Apartments. Both of these projects are brand new, ground up construction of apartment buildings. These apartments will feature aesthetically pleasing architectural design and views of the Green River.
The Cable Mills Apartment Complex was originally a cotton and textile factory in the late 1800s to early 1900s. Today, the Cable Mills is a fully renovated apartment complex and is continuing to expand. The original apartment complex renovation took place 2014 – 2016.
